Obituary
Gerald D. Gast, age 72, of Shawano passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 in Shawano. Gerald was born in Shawano on August 24, 1945, son of the late Arthur William and Ruth (Sindberg) Gast, Sr. Gerald graduated from Shawano High School in 1963. He was an avid Packers and Brewers fan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping and loved going out to eat at the Gathering with his family.
Gerald is survived by: four children, Lori, Julie, Andrew and Jessica; eight grandchildren; one brother, Timothy (Kathy) Gast of Shawano; two sisters, Barbara Hudson of North Carolina and Patricia Liberus of Haiti; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Gast of Green Bay and Virginia Gast of Tomah; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Arthur, Jr., William and James.
Private family services will be held. Inurnment will be in the Lake Drive Cemetery.
