Gerald Dale "Jerry" Jarek, age 92 of Bonduel, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021.  He was born on June 28, 1929, to the late Joseph and Mary (Stuewer) Jarek in the Town of Lessor.  Jerry was united in marriage to Dorothy Mae Gomm on August 25, 1950, in Chicago.  Dorothy preceded him in death on January 15, 1998.  He was a farmer and worked on his family farm for his whole life.  In the 1960's, he also drove truck for Schneider Trucking.  He enjoyed going to polka dances; hunting, especially in Wyoming; traveling; and his trip to Alaska.

Jerry is survived by: his daughter, Ila (Jeffrey) Herm of Bonduel; one brother, Joe (Vina) Jarek, Jr. of WA; and special friends, Del Zuleger, Rick Deneys, and Bob Jung.  He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Dorothy; twin sons, Jerry and Larry in infancy; and several siblings.

Memorial services for Jerry will be held at 11 am on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Our Savior's Christian Church in the Town of Lessor, with Rev. Bill Tisch officiating.  Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be at 9:30 am on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at church until time of service.
