Gerald W. "Jerry" Otto, age 83, of Oconto Falls, formerly of Cecil, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022.  Jerry was born in Wausau on January 21, 1939, son of the late Hugo and Devina (Fenhaus) Otto.  Jerry worked laying carpet and then farmed outside of Cecil.  He loved his cows on the farm and won numerous awards at local and state fairs throughout the years.  In 1977 Jerry was united in marriage to Mary Jane Doherty in Michigan.  Mary Jane preceded him in death on January 13, 2008.  In his free time Jerry could often be found with a Bud Light shorty shaking dice with friends at the bullpen in Pulcifer.  He loved his family dearly and cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by: two daughters, Tami Otto and Tina Gipp; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Wilber, and Ruby; former wife, Judy (Bartelt) Alford; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Preceding Jerry in death are: his wife, Mary Jane; his parents; son-in-law, James Gipp; and siblings, Rodney, Juanita, Avis., Doris and Niel.

Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in the spring.
