Obituary

Jerry Wawrzyniakowski passed at the age of 83, Thursday morning with his family by his side. Jerry lived a full, eventful and interesting life with purpose. He had a strong and abiding faith in God. Jerry was a factory worker for most of his life, serving a short time in the Air Force. Jerry was lucky enough to find love twice, with his wife, Mary Jane, who died in 1992 and Betty, who preceded him in death in 2013. He loved to fishing, gardening, playing with rocks and tinkering with most anything. He was a caring person, always willing to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Jerry is survived by: his brother, Ken Wawrzyniakowski; sisters, Pat Barker and Marlene Brushwood; his daughter, June Wawrzyniakowski; his step daughters, Sandra Smith and Jill (Wawrzyniakowski) and Jeff Prokash; step sons, Roger (Christine) Connolly and Bruce Kosbab. Jerry had 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: wife, Mary Jane (Wisniewski) Wawrzyniakowski; wife, Betty Kosbab-Wawrzyniakowski; step son, George Connolly; and step daughter, Charlene Briese.

Memorial service will be at Family of Christ, 600 S. Main St., Clintonville, WI (across from Fleet Farm) on Tuesday evening, February 27, 2018 at 6:00 pm. The family will start greeting at 5:00 pm until the time of the service.
