Gertrude "Trudy" Fanny Morgan, age 79, of Shawano, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022. She was born on February 23, 1943 to the late Alfred and Eva (Doxtator) Morgan in Red Springs. Trudy was a kind, loving and generous person who took in people in need. Every weekend she could be found dancing at the casino as the "Lady in Red", her favorite color. Trudy surrounded herself with the happy color, red, in nearly everything – her clothes, appliances, even her car. Baking was her joy and her talent that she shared at the casino with others. Tweety bird was her favorite character.

She is survived by her significant other, Robert Thomas Ross; and special niece, Nancy Boyd. She is further survived by all the loved ones she accepted throughout her life.

Trudy is preceded in death by her parents; her numerous siblings; other relatives and friends.

According to Trudy's wishes, no services will be held at this time. Burial will take place at a later date.
