Hahetum "Soaring Thunder" Fish, age 43 of Keshena, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021.  He was born on August 5, 1978, to Kenneth A. Fish and Ramona Chevalier in Shawano.  He graduated for Menominee High School in 1996.  After high school he attended Haskell Indian Nations University.  When he returned to Keshena he was cook at area restaurants, including the Black Forest and the Menominee Casino.  Hahetum enjoyed fishing, traveling, swimming, beading, and playing blackjack and poker.

Hahetum is survived by; his parents; five children, Felicia Kelly, Julienne Fish, Jacquelyn Cuny, Abagail Nicholas, and Taliegha Pyawasit; his grandchildren Adrian Kelley and Priscilla Kelley; three siblings, Kimberly Osman, Pannesehseh (Sherry) Fish, and Naomi (Joseph) Fish; four aunts, Geraldine (Jerry) Nunway, Alecia A. Smith, Billy Girl Fish, and Shelby Doxtator; and special cousin, Tinker Fish.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his uncle Clarence "Jackie" Fish; his grandparents, Clarence and Julienne Mary Fish.

The family will be conducting a spirit fire with prayers at the Fish Residence, located at N1123 Round Lake Road, Keshena WI 54135.  The spirit fire will begin at 6:00 p.m. on August 14, 2021.Viewing for the public will begin at 2:30 pm on August 17, 2021 at the Fish residence. the send off service for Hahetum will be on Wednesday at 5 p.m. with a meal to follow.
