Harlow J. Dillenburg, age 71, of Pella passed away on Friday December 12, 2025, at his home. Harlow was born on August 24, 1954, in Shawano to the late Charles and Esther (Kunschke) Dillenburg. He graduated from Shawano High School. Harlow lived in the Town of Belle Plaine before moving to the Town of Pella in 1980. Besides farming he enjoyed logging and hunting. Harlow owned and operated a dairy farm in Pella. He was a member of St. Paul Stony Hill Lutheran Church.

Harlow is survived by his brother, Harry Dillenburg; sister-in-law, Joyce Dillenburg; nieces and nephews, Lori (Randy) Schmoll, Beth Dillenburg, Kimberly Dillenburg, Steve (Lori) Dillenburg and Jason Dillenburg; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Harlow is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Esther Dillenburg; brother, Harvey Dillenburg; and sister-in-law, Barbara Dillenburg.

A funeral service for Harlow will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday December 19, 2025, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Rev. Colin Moon officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from noon until the time of service. Burial will be held at St. Paul Stony Hill Lutheran Cemetery.
