He was a devoted member of the congregation at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Keshena with his wife, Darlene. Prior to his retirement, Harold proudly worked for Allis Chalmers in West Allis, WI. After retiring, Harold enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, whom he adored. Harold loved photography, and could always be seen with a camera around his neck ready to snap a picture. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, especially with his grandchildren. Harold enjoyed helping others, being active in his community, listening to his favorite music, and taking road trips with his wife.
Harold could always be found with a big smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes, ready to tell a humorous story or a bad "dad joke" while wearing one of his many caps on his head. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held at the David Barrett Parish Hall, in Keshena, where all are welcome, beginning at 3:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2020, until the time of services on Wednesday.
