Obituary

Helen Lottie Page, age 67 of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Helen was born on April 20, 1951 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Leonard and Lorraine (Schwantes) Berka, Sr.  On April 28, 1972, Helen was united in marriage to Dale John Page in Milwaukee.  She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.  Helen was a good problem solver and enjoyed helping others.  She enjoyed talking to her family and friends on the phone, but more than anything loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Helen is survived by: her husband of 46 years, Dale; two daughters, Cindy (Steve) Ciezki of Shawano and Connie Connolly of Shawano; her grandchildren, John, Brandon and Joan; and two great-granddaughters, Tabitha and Faith.  She is further survived by her siblings, Leonard (Nancy) Berka, Jr. of Milwaukee and Mary Knueppel of Texas; special friends, Karleen Peterson and Lois Freeman; her special niece, Pam Eschner of New York; as well as other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Donald Berka and James Berka.
A visitation for Helen will be held from 2:00 – 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. A second visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Chapel of the Chimes at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield from 11:00 am until the time of entombment at 1:00 pm.
