Horst P. Ellwart, Jr., age 48 of Bowler, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Weston Hospital. He was the beloved son of the late Horst P. Ellwart, Sr. and Michele (DePlanche) McCallister. He was born in Menomonee Falls and raised in Milwaukee. Horst was a chef all his life and enjoyed fishing, throwing darts and spending time with his family. Horst is survived by: his 3 children, Latasha (Jason) Greer, Horst (Amber Salfer) Ellwart III, Helana (José Cadiz-Ortiz) Ellwart; his 3 brothers, Jonas (Johanna) Ellwart, Louis Ellwart, Johnathon (Jamie Tucker) Hanke; his sister, Elizabeth Sighn; step-mother, Beverly Ellwart; and 5 grandchildren.
