Obituary

Irvin M. Doxtator, age 68, of Bowler, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at home. Born on December 9, 1948 in Shawano, he is the son of the late Benjamin and Bessie (Davis) Doxtator. Irvin served in the Marine Corp. as a sergeant. He enjoyed fishing, buying, fixing, and selling the cars he worked on and loved his children.

Irvin is survived by: his children, Chyenne, Bev, Raymond, Michelle, Dawn, Liz and J.J.; two grandchildren, Andrew and Abigail; four siblings, William (Wilma) Doxtator, Anderson Doxtator, Howard Doxtator and Penny (William) Thomas. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Irvin was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Stockbridge Bible Church in Bowler. Military honors will be conducted by the Mohican Veterans and the Gresham American Legion following the gathering.
