Isabelle Anna Louise Westerfeld, age 99 of Bonduel, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021.  Isabelle was born on August 28, 1921 in the Town of Waukechon, daughter of the late Fred and Martha (Arndt) Koehler.  Isabelle was united in marriage to John Westerfeld on July 10, 1943 at St. Paul's in Bonduel.  He preceded her in death on January 29, 2009.  The couple owned a farm near Zachow until retiring in 1983 and moving to Bonduel.  She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Zachow.  Isabelle was a very active church member.  She would teach Sunday school classes, assist with cleaning and other caretaking, was a member of the ladies' aid and past Treasurer for many years.  She enjoyed dancing, listening to Polka music and playing cards, especially Sheepshead.  Isabelle loved her family dearly and always had an open door.   She would often have one of her fresh baked goods or something from her garden for all her family and friends to enjoy.  She will truly be missed by all.

Isabelle is survived by; her children, Kathleen (Don) Hoeft of Appleton and Lynn (Mark) Bartz of Bonduel; son-in-law, Roland Hilliker of Bonduel; grandchildren, Steve Hilliker, Jeff (Jenny) Hilliker, Michelle (Ryan) Nelson, Patti (Chris) Hoeft, Lacey (Jon) Jandrin and Holly (Tom) VanDeYacht; great grandchildren, Bryce, Kiana, Isabella, Avery, Keenan, Kennedy, Delaney, Brooks, Rhett, Hayes and Kershaw; brother, Harley (Alice) Koehler; sister-in-law Dorothy Koehler.  She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, including special great nieces, Trisha Springborn and Traci Diehl, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents; two daughters, Renee Westerfeld and Bonnie Hilliker; great granddaughter, Maeryn; seven brothers, Harold, Ray, Arnold, Leonard, Fritz, Lester and Kenneth and one sister, Marcella Vorphal.

A funeral service for Isabelle will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church in Zachow with Rev. Richard Buhrke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at church from 9:30 am until time of services.
