Ivanneah Jerrita “Sugar Bear” was born on February 14, 2006, at the Riverton Memorial Hospital in Fremont County of Riverton, Wyoming the daughter of Ms. Rita Lenore King from the Menominee Indian Reservation of Keshena, Wisconsin and the late Mr. Ivan Jerry Bear from the Wind River Indian Reservation of Arapaho, Wyoming. Iravnneah began her journey into the spirit world on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in Weston, Massachusetts.

Ivanneah had lived partial of her life on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming with her sister, Ivoreen Jerrilynn Bear and foster mother, Susan Duncan. She moved to Hartford, Connecticut with her foster mother where she lived until she turned 18. She had relocated to the Southington, Connecticut area where she had met her special friend through an acquaintance. Ivanneah was full of energy and excited to create lasting memories before her accidental passing at the age of 20 years old. She was an amazing daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend; she will always be in our hearts.

Ivanneah is survived by her mother and stepfather, Rita King of Keshena and Lester Dean Antelope, Sr., of Oglala Lakota Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge, South Dakota; grandmother, Kathleen Susan King Kaquatosh of the Menominee Indian Reservation Neopit; and siblings, Joseph Thomas Blackburn, III., of the Wind River Indian Reservation of Arapaho, Wyoming, Dustin Peter Blackburn of the Wind River Indian Reservation of Arapaho, Wyoming, Lester Dean White, Antelope, Jr., of the Menominee Indian Reservation Keshena, and Ivoreen Jerrilynn Bear of the Wind River Indian Reservation of Arapaho, Wyoming. She is further survived by numerous relatives and friends near and far.

Ivanneah is reunited in death with her father, Ivan Jerry Bear; and grandparents, Mary Elizbaeth Bear and Phillip Bear.
