Obituary

Jacqueline "Jackie" "Smurf" Sanapaw, age 35 of Neopit, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 in Green Bay. Born on July 31, 1978 in Antigo, she was the daughter of Jonathan and Nanette (Pamonicutt) Corn, Sr. Jackie was a graduate of Menominee High School and later worked at the Menominee and Stockbridge Casinos as a cashier. She married Thomas "TJ" Sanapaw on February 14, 2004 in Keshena. After the birth of her boys, Jackie decided to stay home with them and also took care of her nieces and nephews. She was a great mom and her boys were her world. She also enjoyed cookouts with her family, boxing and playing games on her phone. Jackie is survived by: her husband, TJ; her boys; Tee-Yon and Tee-Shawn Sanapaw; her special baby, Harmony Rose Doud; her parents, Jonathon and Nanette Corn; 3 brothers, Marty (Stefaine) Pamonicutt, J.J. (Mikey) Corn and Craig (Lori) Corn all of Keshena; 2 aunts, Suzette (Robert "Butch") Summers of Keshena, Jennifer Young of Wittenberg; 5 uncles, Yogi Pamonicutt of Neopit, Gail Corn of Neopit, Macky Pamonicutt of Chicago, Nathan (Mary) Young of Poynette, Robert Kakwitch of Keshena; 2 God daughters, Kylee Pamonicutt, Tayah Reiter; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martin & Yvonne Pamonicutt and Harold & Nonie young Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy O Praem officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held the Neopit Community Center from 2:00pm on Tuesday until the time of the service on Thursday. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday. Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano is assisting the family with the arrangements. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at St. Vincent Hospital and to the doctors at Devita Dialysis for their wonderful care.
