Obituary

James Lyle McGlin, age 73 of Cecil, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at his home. James was born in New London on July 4, 1945, son of the late LeRoy J. and Irene A. (Koepke) McGlin. James enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Green Bay Packers and the Brewers. He also enjoyed being with his grandchildren.

James is survived by: his children, Greg McGlin, Jim (Michelle) McGlin and Bill McGlin; his grandchildren, Allison and Zachary; and his siblings, Bruce McGlin and Karen (Gary) Uhlenbrauck.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service for James will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Swedberg Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of the service.
