James R. Paiser age 63 of Cecil, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017. He was born in Shawano, on September 15, 1954, the son of Robert and the late Helen (Pieper) Paiser. Jim is a 1972 graduate of Marion High School, where he excelled in baseball. He was united in marriage to Bonnie (nee Fabry) Martineau in Clintonville, on September 24, 1994. Jim was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed farming, watching the Green Bay Packers, taking unexpected road trips, making maple syrup, hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandkids. He was especially fond of his daily telephone calls from his father, Robert and his daughter, Jamie.
Jim is survived by: his wife, Bonnie; his children, Kevin (Trish) Paiser of Bowler, Rachel (Rex) Binns of Hartford, Eliza (Tony) Bierman of Manawa, Jamie (special friend, Dave) Paiser, Bethany Paiser of Shawano, Timber (fiancé, Ryne Sauld) Paiser of Cecil; step-children, Cheryl (significant other, J. D.) Martineau of North Carolina, Jonathan (Susie) Martineau of Bonduel; grandchildren, Morgan, Ava, Sophia Paiser; Schuylar, Caleb, Jacob, Adyson Davids; Ashley, Brandon Bierman; Rylynn, Rayah Sauld; McKenzie and Payton Martineau, along with one great-grandchild on the way. He is further survived by his father, Robert Paiser of Leopolis; his siblings, Thomas Paiser of Pardeeville, Sally (Bill) Hoefs of Shawano, Sandy Paiser of Leopolis, Judy (Raymond) Begrow of Marion, Jeff (Sue) Paiser of Pearson, Mary (Harlon) Wright of Bowler; a brother-in-law, Ron (Regina) Magolski of Harvard, IL; and his former wife, Lanell (Rex) Thorne; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Paiser; his sister, Betty Magolski; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Paiser.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of the services.
