James Edward Wolfarth, age 62 of Shawano, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 in Madison. He was born on April 6, 1952 in Whittier, CA to Kathryn (Ohrwall) Wolfarth and the late Edward Wolfarth. On August 27, 1976 he was united in marriage to Patsy Pennington. James enjoyed boating, motorcycles and playing poker. What James loved most was spending time with his family. He is survived by: his loving wife, Pat; his children, Erika (David) Betz, James Klier, Tanya (Sergio) Romero, Christina Wolfarth, Michael (fiancée Ashley) Wolfarth; 16 grandchildren; his mother, Kathyrn Wolfarth; 1 sister, Jeanne (William) Martin. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Hope Community Church in Shawano with the Rev. Randy Oss officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano and again from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church on Friday.
