Jerry Dean Gossard, age 69, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Shawano Health Services. Jerry was born on February 4, 1951 in Louisville, KY to the late George (Esta Mae) Gossard. He spent most of his life in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was a member of the Church of God, in Cecil. Jerry spent the last 19 years of his life in Wisconsin.

Jerry is survived by: the mother of his children Charlene Gossard; his children, George "Randy" (Crystal) Gossard and Shawn (Michael) Boward; 12 grandchildren. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his parents; one grandchild; and his step brother Daniel.

A funeral service will be held for Jerry at 10:30 am, on Sunday, May 17, 2020, at the Church of God located at 108 E. James St. in Cecil with Pastor Allen Bontrager officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday at the church from 10:00 am until the time of services. Interment will be in the Church of God Cemetery in Greenville, OH. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
