John Henry Budish, Sr., age 64 of Shawano, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 17, 2021. John was born on June 14, 1956 to the late John and Charlene "Jackie" (Marks) Budish in Milwaukee. On July 20, 1981, John was united in marriage to Norma Weston in Waukesha. Norma preceded him in death on April 7, 2011. John was a carpenter and iron worker.  He had a love for music and the outdoors. He loved being around people and loved animals, "his critters". John was an amazing man who loved life and cherished spending time with his friends and family. He was a great father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

John is survived by his son, John (fiancée, Crystal Moesch) Budish, IV of Gillett; grandchildren, John, Nicholas, Jackie, Janie, Chance, and Gary; a brother, Michael Budish; a brother-in-law, Jimmy Weston; nephews, Michael Budish, Jr., Colton Weston, and Caiden Weston; as well as other relatives, friends, and the whole "fam damily".

He is preceded in death by his wife and his parents.

A private family gathering is being planned for a later date.
