John F. Williams, age 77 of the Town of Red Springs, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at his home.  He was born on October 13, 1944, to the late Byron Eugene and Naomi Belle (Johnson) Williams in Green Bay.  John was united in marriage to Dee M. Kubichek on July 13, 1984, at First Methodist in Milwaukee.  For 25 years, John and Dee spent time trucking together.  He loved the farm, especially his horses, genealogy of his family, and spending time with his family and friends.

John is survived by: his wife, Dee; sons, David (significant other, Kristina) Williams and Daniel (significant other, Dawn) Williams; stepson Thomas C. (Amy) Babich; grandchildren, Trista, Joshua, Jacob, Juston, Hailey, Robert, Brittney, and Austin; eight great grandchildren; brothers, Floyd Williams and Eli Williams; brothers-in-law, Donald Kubichek and Delbert Kubichek; and lifelong friend, Bob Spoerl.   John is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, Byron and Naomi; his first wife and mother of his sons, Cathy (Kane) Fornal; siblings, Gene Williams, Angeline Newton, Beatrice Slack, Albert Williams, Priscilla Brontie, and one sister in infancy, Joyce; father and mother-in-law, Delbert and Marcella Kubichek; brothers-in-law, Ed Kubichek, Johnnie Kubichek and Tom "Bomber" Kubichek; and lifelong friend, Jeanne Spoerl.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 1-4 pm at Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham with a 4 pm service to follow.
