Jonathon Arnold "Jon" Baker, age 76, of Bonduel, passed away on Monday August 26, 2024, in Green Bay. Jon was born on March 17, 1948, in Wausau to the late Arnold and Elayne (Hintz) Baker. On July 9, 1966, Jon was united in marriage to Karen Schlemmer at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel. Jon worked tirelessly on his dairy farm which he started from scratch, and after selling the cows was fond of raising rabbits and steers. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, riding around the woods on his Kubota, cutting firewood, and reloading bullets. In his free time, he would watch his westerns and visit with friends and family over the phone. Jon was a gun enthusiast and current vice-president of the Town of Washington Cecil Fish and Game Club.

Jon is survived by his wife of 58 years, Karen; children, Jeff (Tina) Baker of Bonduel and Diane (Adam) White of Houston, Texas; a grandson, Christian White of Texas; and a sister, Donna Baker of Shawano.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Jon is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Elayne and a brother, Gary Baker.

A memorial service for Jon will be held at 11:00 am on Friday August 30, 2024, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel with Rev. Mark Palmer officiating. Inurnment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:30 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, St. Paul Lutheran Church or School, or Town of Washington Cecil Fish and Game Club.
