Obituary

Jordan D. Brooks, age 30, of Sacramento, CA, formerly of Shawano, passed away unexpectedly on July 25, 2018 in Sacramento. Jordan was born on July 25, 1988 in Monroe, Michigan to Stephanie (Brooks) Ferris and the late David Heflin.  Jordan enjoyed being with his friends.
Jordan is survived by: his mom, Stephanie Ferris of Shawano; his step-dad, Rick Ferris of MI; his uncle, John (Renae) Brooks of MI; as well as other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad, David Heflin and his grandfather.
Funeral services for Jordan will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Mr. Richard Menning officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:30 am until the time of the service.
