Joseph Carl "Joe" Scott, age 60, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Cecil of an apparent heart attack on Tuesday January 16, 2024. Joe was born on September 16, 1963, in Appleton to the late Kenneth and Florence (Stygar) Scott. He graduated from Appleton West in 1982 and Acme Institute of Technology in Manitowoc with a degree in tool and die design in 1989. Joe worked for Peninsula Design and Fabrication in Stephenson, Michigan, Sommers Construction and Currently Vosters Beyers Concrete. Joe was a quiet, honest, hardworking man who loved his dogs, hunting and fishing. He was a big Packer, Brewer, Bucks and Badger fan.

Joe is survived by his siblings, Linda (John) Sarnowski, Sandy (Gary) Nelson and John (Dorothy) Scott. He is further survived by his wife, Charone Scott's family, daughter, Melissa Bader and her family.

Joe is preceded in death by his wife, Charone; parents, Ken and Florence Scott; brother, Ken Scott; nephew, Nathan Scott; and niece, Anna Martin.
