Joy Lee "Tinker" Beilke, age 72, of Bowler, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015 in Shawano. Tinker was born on February 11, 1943 in Missouri, the daughter of the late Alfred and Cecelia (Goodwin) Beck. She moved to the Bowler area at age 16, enjoyed cake decorating and crocheting. Tinker is survived by her children, Debbi (Scott) Parmer, Perry (Deb) Parmer, Carl Parmer and Beth (Bud) Grosskopf, seven grandchildren, C.J., Joel, Sammi, Dylan, Trey, Jazmin, and Bailey, one great grandchild, Briella, as well as one brother, Dick (Wilda) Beck. She was preceded in death by her son, Orrin "Corky" Parmer, Jr., her parents and one sister. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham with Rev. Michael Schram officiating with burial following the service. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
