Juanita Lee Garbelman, age 97 of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Juanita was born in Aurora, IL. on October 16, 1921, a daughter of the late Harvey John and Mazie (Stauffer) Beane.  On November 22, 1940, Juanita was united in marriage to Myron "Mike" Garbelman in Aurora, IL.  He preceded her in death on November 2, 2008.  Juanita loved doing many crafts including making rag rugs and painting.  She and Mike were known as "rock hounds" and could be found collecting rocks for their various jewelry projects.  Juanita definitely had a green thumb and had beautiful flower and vegetable gardens.  More than anything, Juanita loved her family.
