Judith A. “Judy” Ebert, age 79, of Shawano, passed away on Friday February 20, 2026, in Manawa. Judy was born on September 13, 1947, in Appleton to the late Jerome and Bernadine (Van Groll) Wyngaard. She was an elementary school teacher all her life. Judy enjoyed coaching volleyball and track for many years. In her free time, she loved going to the casino, traveling, watching the Packers and was an avid online shopper. Judy was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pella. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt; she will be deeply missed.

Judy is survived by her sons, Robbie (Terri) Anthony, Andrew Ebert and Christopher (Renee) Ebert; grandchildren, Happie Anthony, Reef Anthony, Morgan Anthony, Jory (Nicole) Anthony, Evan Ebert, Evelynn Ebert, Zandalee Thompson (Ebert) and Ashley Shubinski (Ebert); seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Joseph (Renee) Wyngaard and Jack (Sandy) Wyngaard; and sister-in-law, Candy Wyngaard. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Judy is preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Wyngaard; and parents, Jerome and Bernadine Wyngaard.

A memorial service for Judy will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday February 27, 2026, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Rev. Lois Graper officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
