Obituary

Judith S. Gardner, age 76, of Green Bay, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016 in Green Bay. Judy was born in Keshena on May 28, 1940, the daughter of the late Norbert and Leona (Aaron) Lawe.  She was raised in Keshena before moving to Chicago, where she graduated from high school.  Judy lived in Chicago for most of her life before moving to Green Bay 17 years ago.  She loved cooking and enjoyed watching the Cubs.  More than anything, Judy loved being a grandma and cherished spending time with her family.
Judith is survived by her four children, Robin Tourtillott of Green Bay, Russell (Deb) Tourtillott of Shawano, Robert (Christine) Tourtillott of Chicago, and Niki Gardner of Green Bay; 10 grandchildren, Norbert (Cathie) Tourtillott, Ryanne Richard, Jody Tourtillott, Jamie Tourtillott, Rochelle Tourtillott, Lee Tourtillott, Charlie Tourtillott, Jason Tourtillott, Jacob Tourtillott, and Jenna Tourtillott; nine great-grandchildren; as well as her cousin and best friend, Marie "Honey" LaTender of Keshena.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 23, 2016 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Neopit with Rev. Francis Zurbano officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center from 5:00 pm, Wednesday, September 21, 2016 until the time of the services. A parish wake service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday.
