Julie Lynn Schlichting, age 53, of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Appleton. Julie was born on September 20, 1973, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to the late, Delbert and Rosetta (LaRock) Schlichting. She graduated from Menominee High School in 1991 and attended college at UWGB and the College of Menominee Nation. Julie enjoyed being outdoors, beadwork, diamond painting and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Dae’Lynn.

Julie is survived by her children, Deion Boivin, Heaven (companion, Cassandra) Ault and Alex Lamberies; granddaughter, Dae’Lynn; and brothers, Kevin (Margaret) Schlichting and Adrian (Verdene) Schlichting.

Julie is preceded in death by her sister, Lori Ann King; and parents, Delbert and Rosetta Schlichting.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at South Branch Community Center in Keshena with Jim LaRock officiating. Visitation will be held at the South Branch Community Center starting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 2:30 pm until the time of service on Saturday.
