Justin Hensel, age 34, of Suring, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Oconto County. Justin was born on October 26, 1984, in Chicago, to Ricky Hensel and the late Barbara Ann (Jenkinson) Hensel. He moved with his family to Suring in 2006. Justin was employed as a carpenter with the Local Carpenters Union #1146. He enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing, hunting, and attending rock concerts.

Justin is survived by: his children, Justin Hensel, Jr. and Stephanie Hensel; his father, Ricky Hensel of Suring; two brothers, Jason (Ella) Hensel and Jeremy Hensel; two sisters, Barbara Ann Hensel and Jessica Hensel; his paternal grandmother, Betty Hensel of Shawano; and his maternal grandparents, Donald and Barbara Ann Jenkinson of Chicago; he was an uncle to many nieces and nephews and is further survived by other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ann (Jenkinson) Hensel, and his paternal grandfather, Ronald Hensel.

A funeral service will be held for Justin at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Rev. Scott Ludford officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and again on Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of service.
