Kathleen T. "Kay" Ketchum Kathleen T. "Kay" Ketchum, age 86 of Shawano, passed away Monday, April 16, 2012 at a local nursing home. Born on March 29, 1926 in Racine, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Elizabeth (Goebel) Tennessen. On March 11, 1945 she was united in marriage to Russell Ketchum in Racine. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2008. Kay was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Kay is survived by: a son, Charles "Chuck" (Cheryl) Ketchum of Shawano; 3 grandchildren, Rodney (Lorin) Ketchum of Gresham, Bradley Ketchum of Shawano, Wesley (Tracy) Ketchum of Shawano; 7 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brianna, Haley, Brandon, Hunter, Jacob, Gage; and 2 sisters. Kay was preceded in death by: her husband, Russell; her parents; 3 brothers; and a sister. A Committal Service will be held at 10:30am on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano, led by the Rev. Len Evers. Entombment will be in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Shawano.
