Kenny J. LaTender, age 39 of Middle Village, passed away on September 4, 2014 in Green Bay. Kenny was born on September 19, 1974 in Merrill, Wisconsin to Simon and Carol (Vigue) LaTender. On June 7, 1997 Kenny was united in marriage to MeShan Beauprey. He worked and lived all his life on the Menominee Reservation. Kenny was a great dad, who enjoyed spending time with his sons, attending their sports activities whenever possible. He was also an avid Packer fan. Kenny is survived by: his wife, MeShan of Neopit; his children, step-son, Richard Tourtillott III, Kenny R. LaTender, Chance L. LaTender, Ty M. LaTender, Dayton F. LaTender and Connor S. LaTender; grandson, Kenny R. LaTender, Jr.; his parents, Simon and Carol LaTender of Keshena; and his siblings, Mark LaTender, Lori (Craig) Corn and Kathy LaTender. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2014 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy O.Praem officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano and again at the funeral home on Monday from 8:00 a.m. until the procession leaves for the church. A parish wake will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Swedberg Funeral Home on Sunday, September 7, 2014.
