Kim "Ace" Heindel, age 52 of Shawano, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 12, 2022.  He was born on January 27, 1970, to Gary and Rose (Verhagen) Heindel in Kaukauna.  He graduated from Freedom High School in 1988.  Later in life, he attended and graduated from Fox Valley Technical College.  Kim was united in marriage to Carolyn Nysse on May 5, 1990, in Appleton.  He worked for H.J. Martin in Green Bay.  Kim played bass guitar for Greywolf Run.  He loved music and being in nature, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Kim is survived by: his wife, Carolyn; children, Skylor (Megan) Heindel and Matt (Cora) Heindel; parents, Gary and Rose; brother, Adam (Amy) James, mother-in-law, Joan Pierce; and his dog, Bama.  Kim is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
