Kristine Jo Hesse, age 50, passed away at home on Thursday September 7, 2023, surrounded by family. Kristine was born on April 1, 1973, in Shawano to Connie (Urban) Hesse and the late Duane Hesse. She graduated from Shawano High School in 1991. Kristine enjoyed spending time at the cottage on the bay. She loved her cats; they were special to her.

Kristine is survived by her companion, Myka Brezezinski; mother, Connie Hesse; two aunts, Bonnie Bruner and Debbie (Kevin) Gilbertson; and uncle, Brian (Brenda) Hesse. She is further survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.

Kristine is preceded in death by her father, Duane; brother, Lee; maternal and paternal grandparents, Robert and Mona Urban and Fred and Beverly Hesse.

Celebration of life for Kristine will be held at 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Saturday September 23, 2023, at the American Legion Hall in Shawano.
