Obituary

Kyle J. Grignon, age 33, of Neopit passed away on Sunday March 22, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Kyle was born on March 9, 1993, in Shawano, to Michael Gomeyosh and Michelle Grignon. After graduating from high school, he furthered his education studying welding and construction. In his free time, Kyle enjoyed hunting, fishing, ginseng picking, and riding in the woods. He was a die-hard Packer fan and found interest in cryptids. He was a big teddy bear with a big heart and a great sense of humor, and he was always willing to help others. Kyle’s world revolved around his family, and he never missed an opportunity to spend time with them. He was an amazing father, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend and will be deeply missed.

Kyle is survived by his children, Carsin Grignon and Kahlylah Grignon; parents, Michelle (Troy) Tucker, Sr., and Michael Gomeyosh; siblings, Cody (Terri Sanapaw) Grignon, Corisa Corn, Caprice (Trentyn Harrison) Gomeyosh and Michaela Gomeyosh; grandparents, Doreen Grignon and Vyron (Doretta) Dixon, Jr.; special grandma, Mary Claire Grignon; Carsin’s mother, Mariah Connavichnah; Kahlylah’s mother, Nicole Waubanascum; aunts and uncles, Shane Dixon, Cheyenne Grignon, Shasheen Grignon, Vyron (April) Dixon, III., Tasha (Melvin) Caldwell, Sunday Dixon, Jimmers Dixon, Tamara Beauprey, Christine (Bruce) Barwick, Jim Zink, John Zink and Jay Zink; and special nieces and nephews, Elliana, Wita, Elizabeth, Donnie, and Kanahni. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Kyle is preceded in death by: his brothers Cory Grignon and Grant Gomeyosh; his best friend, Kenny LaTender Jr.; uncles, Gary Gomeyosh and Sean Grignon; and grandparents, Joe and Rose Gomeyosh.

A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday March 27, 2026, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Neopit with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center starting on Wednesday March 25, 2026, from 1:00 pm until the time of service on Friday. Burial will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in the spring.
