Larry Clemens Meyer, age 78, of Oshkosh, formerly of Shawano, passed away on Saturday April 12, 2025, in Oshkosh. Larry was born on September 1, 1946, in Milwaukee to the late Willard and Theresa (Buechel) Meyer. He served his country proudly in the United States Coast Guard. He has lived in the Shawano area since 1973. On April 3, 1993, Larry was united in marriage to Ruth Marion Barker in Shawano. The couple spent a wonderful 30 years together before Ruth's passing in 2023.

Larry is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Dawn) Barker and Jennifer "Gwenn" Barker; granddaughter, Alyssa (Matt) Barker; and siblings, Paul (Bernice) Meyer, Kathleen (Albert) Schulteis and Sharon (Gary) Schulteis.

Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; and parents, Willard and Theresa.

A gathering will be held at the Chapel of the Flowers at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield beginning at 1:30pm on May 8, 2025, and concluding with a committal prayer and military honors at 2:30pm.
