Leroy "Butch" Krause, age 79 of Clintonville, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Pine Manor nursing home in Embarrass. Leroy was born on June 23, 1935 in Shawano to the late John F. and Frieda A. (Kuhn) Krause. He lived all his life in the Shawano area. He farmed with his parents in the Town of Belle Plaine until 1971 when he moved to Shawano. Leroy is survived by his cousins and friends. Leroy was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters. A funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2014 at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine with Rev. Todd Jerabek officiating. Burial will be in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 12:30p.m. until the time of the service.
