Lila Angove, age 87, of New London, formerly of Shawano, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Appleton. Born on September 2, 1924 in Milwaukee, she was the daughter of the late Hugo Greiger. On August 11, 1951 she was united in marriage to Glen Angove in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2007. Lila was an accomplished painter, woodcarver and stained glass artist. Lila was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be sadly missed. Lila is survived by: 4 children, Allen (Barbara) Angove of Omro, Victor (Kathleen) Angove of Milwaukee, Joan (William) Kjos of New London, Robert (Ann) Angove of Juneau; 5 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano.
