Linda M. "Eth" Maltbey, age 64, of Shawano, passed away at home on Saturday, July 18, 2020. Linda was born on August 31, 1955, in Shawano, to the late Elmer and Cora (Moesch) Knope. She graduated from Shawano High School. In August of 2001, Linda was united in marriage to Lance Maltbey in Shawano. She worked in several area nursing homes as a dietary aide. Linda was a huge football fan and loved her Minnesota Vikings. She loved her family and all of their visits. Linda loved Halloween always dressing up, usually as the good witch, thrilled to hand out candy to all the little ones.

Linda is survived by her husband, Lance Maltbey; daughters, Lisa (Greg) Samson and Sara McKenzie; grandsons, Connor Bruns, River and Brady Samson; sisters, Ida Shaffer, Sally (Mike) Kroenke and Mary (Richard Pieper) Knope; nephews, Christopher Schick, Bradley (Justine) Knope, and Chad (Heather) Bartels; niece, Averi (Rod) Peralta; great nieces and nephews, Alex, Gabriella, Santana,  Chloe (Noah), Carly, and Kylie; as well as other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Cora Knope and brother, Alvin Knope.

Private family services will be held.
