Lloyd E. Heinz, age 73 of the Town of Wescott, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021.  Born in Shawano on June 22, 1948, he is the son of the late Roger and Margaret (Runge) Heinz. Lloyd graduated from Bonduel High School in 1966. After police science training, Lloyd became a deputy with the Shawano County Sheriff's Department, where he served over 30 years. He loved hunting, but preferred shooting with a camera lens versus a gun scope. Those who knew Lloyd, knew he was a man of very few words.

Lloyd is survived by his brother, Ron (Helen) Heinz; his niece, Michelle (Bret) Kelly; his nephew, Chris Heinz; and a great-niece and nephew, Alana and Brenden Kelly.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents.

Following Lloyd's wishes, no services will be held.
