Lois Ann Barry, age 81 of Shawano, died on Friday, April 10, 2015. Born on July 17, 1933 in Madison, Lois is the daughter of the late Tester and Lillian (Gilbertson) Bakken. Lois was united in marriage to Glen A. "Jack" Barry on June 23, 1955 in Madison. The couple moved to Shawano in 1962. Lois enjoyed golfing, bowling, downhill skiing, gardening and playing bridge with friends. As a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano, Lois was active with the Stephen Ministries. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. Lois is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Jack of Shawano; 4 children, Betsy (Jim ) Audetat of Shawano, Tom (Patti) Barry of Green Bay, Michael (Crystal) Barry of Franklin, Jack (Joanne) Barry of New Zealand; 8 grandchildren, Stephanie (fiancé Mike Marvel) Schutt, Brandon Schutt, Maxwell Barry, Brigette Barry, Amanda Barry, Brooke Barry, Cassandra Barry; J.D. Barry; 2 step grandsons, Scott Audetat, Todd (Heather) Audetat; 2 step great-grandchildren, Parker and Kylie Audetat; and her sister, Phyllis Parisi of CO. She is preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano with the Rev. Ted Andrada officiating.
