Lois Marie Bleser, age 80, passed away at her home on Thursday November 23, 2023, surrounded by her family. Lois was born on November 4, 1943, in Mukwonago, Wisconsin to the late Clinton and Marietta (Jones) Liddicoat. On April 1, 1989, she was united in marriage to James "Jim" Bleser in Cecil. Lois and Jim enjoyed living on Shawano Lake and spending winters in Florida. Lois was a wonderful and loving woman and was well liked by everyone she met. She had a great sense of humor and was always ready to laugh.  In Lois's free time, she loved golfing, boating, shooting pool and gardening, her favorite flowers were sunflowers. She also loved animals and rode horses in her younger years.  She volunteered at the Shawano County Humane Society for many years and served on the board of directors.  Her family was everything to her. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Left to cherish Lois's memory are: her husband of 34 years, Jim; three daughters, Nanette (David) Kugel of Shawano, Julie (Tony) Kaye, of Suamico and Debbie (J.J.) Petcka of Bonduel; eight grandchildren, Luke, Samantha, Kyle, Brittney, Dylan, Garret, Gage and Grace; and numerous great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Lois is preceded in death by her three sisters, Kay, Jeannie and Gloria; and her parents Clinton and Marietta.

A memorial service  for Lois will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday November 30, 2023, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cecil with Deacon Todd Raether officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9:30 am until the time of service. Inurnment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Shawano. Memorials may be directed to the Shawano County Humane Society.
