Lois J. Webster, age 73 of Keshena, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay surrounded by her family. Lois was born on May 11, 1947 to the late Louis and Elvira (Oshkenaniew) Reiter in Keshena. On July 17, 1970 Lois was united in marriage to James "Teeter" Webster, Jr. in Keshena. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Keshena. Lois was a foster parent for many children over the years. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Heartland Health Care Center in Shawano for many years. Lois loved to shop, dance, have fun and play keno at the casino. Lois was always there for her family; they were her priority. She would give the shirt off her back to help someone else in need. Lois will be dearly missed by her family and all of those who knew and loved her.
Lois is survived by her children, Chauncey Webster, James Webster, III, Jacquelyn Webster, Valerie (Jamie) Rupar, Vanessa (Antonio) Waukau, Darrell (April) Webster, and Carrie Webster; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Lorraine Swett; and sister-in-law, Harriet Reiter. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Teeter" Webster, Jr.; Donald "Ducky" Richmond; her children, Michael Reiter, Tonya Pocan, Tina Richmond-Reiter, and Sirena Webster; granddaughter, Justina Pocan; grandson, Lindsay Webster; great-granddaughters, Bianca Lori-Jean Dewick, Kourtney Peters, Elizabeth Grignon, Ezabella Grignon, and Eaurora Grignon; her parents, Louis and Elvira Reiter; three brothers, Warren "Sonny" Reiter, Wayne Reiter, and Kenneth "Brother" Reiter; sister-in-law, Charleen "Cheen" Reiter; and brother-in-law, Paul Swett.
A memorial service for Lois will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Fr. Dave Barrett officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and again on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Masks will required throughout services.
