Mandy Lynn LaMarche, age 49 of Shawano, passed away at her home on Christmas Day, surrounded by her family. Mandy loved music and horses… she cantered into eternity. Mandy was born on October 6, 1969 in Shawano, the daughter of Chuck and Mary (McKay) LaMarche. Following her graduation from Shawano High School, Mandy graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a music major. She taught music in the Waupaca Middle School for several years before moving to Los Angeles, where she taught music for six additional years. She loved teaching music and her students adored her.

She is survived by her daughter, Kaitlyn (KT); her parents; her brother, Blair of Greenville, SC; her nephew, Crue; and her special friend, Pat Bohm.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Four Seasons in Shawano. Donations may be directed to the Shawano County Humane Society.
