Marcella “Sally” Mueller, age 93, of Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Neenah. Sally was born on May 29, 1933, in the Town of Underhill to the late Paul and Emma (Regal) Fischer. On September 30, 1950, she was united in marriage to Ivan Mueller at Immanuel Lutheran White Clay Lake Church in Cecil. The couple spent a wonderful 63 years together before Ivan’s passing in 2013.

Sally is survived by her daughters, Marilyn (Mike) Hille and Janine (Tim) Jandrey; grandchildren, Jason (Megan) Hille and Lisamarie (Joe) Collins; great-granddaughter, Sophia Marcella Collins; sister, Beverly (Harold) Walker; and sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Fischer and Elizabeth Mueller. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Sally is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Emma Fischer; husband, Ivan Mueller; brother, Roy Fischer; sister, Angie (Ted) Zastrow; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Victor and Gladys Mueller, Gilbert Mueller, Helen and Jim Moll and Ruth Marie Mueller.

Private services were held.
