Margaret L. Larsen, age 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2024, in Shawano. Margaret was born in Shawano on July 29, 1953, to the late George and Dorothy (Ludolph) Roth. She graduated from Shawano High School with the class of 1971. From there Margaret went on to Bellin College of Nursing and became an RN. She worked at all the nursing homes in Shawano and at the Shawano Hospital ER where she touched many lives. On October 26, 1974, Margaret was united in marriage to Andrew Larsen at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano. A few years later, they built a home on Mill Creek in Pella where they raised many litters of Brittany puppies. Margaret has a passion for the outdoors. She loved hunting, fishing, camping and training dogs. Margaret also enjoyed gardening, music and crafts. She had a unique and spunky attitude that sometimes got her into trouble.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Mike) Sasse and her brother, William Roth.

Margaret was preceded in death by her true love, Andrew, who stood by her side through all the health challenges she faced. She is also preceded in death by her parents.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
