Marion H. Peters, age 82, of Bowler passed away on Monday October 9, 2023, in Clintonville. Marion was born on December 29, 1940, in Elmhurst, Illinois, to the late Merle and Marion (Strnad) Gangler. She graduated from beauty school. On August 27, 1960, Marion was united in marriage to Albert Peters at Old Stockbridge Presbyterian Church in Morgan Siding. Albert preceded her in death in 1996. Marion worked as a beautician at Bess's Beauty Shop for several years, she worked at other beauty shops throughout the years. She farmed with her husband in Red Springs. Marion enjoyed traveling when she could, reading her bible, needle point and watching hallmark channel. She was a member of Old Stockbridge Presbyterian Church, Mary Mathis Circle and past treasurer.

Marion is survived by her son, Albert (Leslie) Peters of Bowler; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Carli (Wesley) Bierman, their children, Cicily, Colton, Jaxon and Ryker of Wittenberg, Chelsea Peters of Green Bay, Crista Danoff, her children, Canyon and Cooper of Bowler, Odin Peters of Green Bay and Danica Peters of Bowler; sister, Patricia (Ronald) Onesti of Wittenberg; brother-in-law, Art Buelter of Bowler; and Sister-in-law, Bess Hetzer.

Marion is preceded in death by her husband, Albert; parents, Merle and Marion; and sister, Rita Buelter.

A funeral service for Marion will be held at 11:00 am on Friday October 13, 2023, at Old Stockbridge Presbyterian Church in Morgan Siding with Pastor Gordon Oliver officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 until the time of service at the church on Friday. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
