Marjorie Pahlow, age 91, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was born July 12, 1926 in Shawano, the daughter of the late Herman and Freida (Dey) Bubolz. On April 18, 1963, she was united in marriage to Hugo "Sam" Pahlow. Sam preceded her in death on September 2, 1987. Marjorie managed the Samar Club, later called Cypress Club, for 20 years, and Club 22 for 10 years, until retiring in 1998. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ.
Marjorie is survived by: two sons, Ervin (Sherry) Wegner of Neenah and Randy Wegner of Shawano; three daughters, Bonnie Stehli of Menominee Falls, Carmen (Roger) VanHaitsma of MI, and Debbie (Dave) Miller of Suamico; three step-sons, Don (Judy) Pahlow of Shawano, Richard (Sue) Pahlow of Shawano and James Pahlow of Shawano; two step-daughters, Cheryl (Dennis) Timm of Green Bay and Lee Ellen (Gary) Johnson of Green Bay. She is further survived by: 28 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; her sister, Darlene Moesch and sister-in-law, Darlene Bubolz.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Hugo "Sam" in 1987; her daughter, Karen Long on December 18, 1994; a grandson, a great-grandson, three brothers, and one daughter-in-law.
Funeral services for Marjorie will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Peace United Church of Christ with Rev. Marty Black officiating. Burial will be in St. Jakobi Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of the service.
