Mark L. "Sparky" Schwartz, age 56, of Shawano, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at his home. Born on January 25, 1958 in Shawano, he is the son of Kenneth and the late Carmen (Laux) Schwartz. Mark lived in Shawano for all of his life and was formerly employed by Weber and Schmidt Lumber. He enjoyed stockcar racing. Mark is survived by: his lifetime partner, Elaine; his daughter, Tammy (Tracy) Wassenberg of Shawano; his father, Kenneth; and his brother, David Schwartz of West Virginia. Mark is preceded in death by his mother. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Melinda Shriner officiating.
