Mary F. Barton, age 94, of Shawano, formerly of Chicago IL. passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 in Shawano. Mary was born on August 5, 1920 in Chicago. Mary loved to dance and met her future husband Bernard J. Barton at the Aragon Ballroom. They were united in marriage on May 5, 1951 in Chicago and he preceded her in death in 1988. She was a wonderful woman with a great laugh. She was never angered or raised her voice. Mary also enjoyed playing pinochle. She will be missed by those that knew her. Mary is survived by her niece Phyllis Glocke of Shawano, her great-niece Kelly (Michael) Melone of Shawano, her great-nephew Shawn Butcher of Green Bay as well as three great-great nieces, Kristen, Jamie and Akira. A private family service will be held. Burial will be in the Mary Hill Catholic Cemetery in Niles Illinois.
