Matthew R. Bergeon, age 62 of Shawano, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023.  He was born on May 8, 1960, to the late Glenn Bergeon and Frieda (Dickenson) Bergeon.  Matthew was united in marriage to Robin Raber.  He worked at the Menominee Casino for over 30 years and was a hard worker who was loyal and dedicated to his profession as he loved his job.  Matthew loved being in nature.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the river.

Matthew is survived by: his wife, Robin Raber-Bergeon; his daughter; stepdaughter, Emma Raber-Yao; and siblings, Dudley Britton Wright III, Glenn Bergeon, Gail Packard (his favorite sister), and Dana Bergeon.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Christopher Bergeon.

Private family services were held for Matthew.
